Full payment is due at check-in.

Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.

Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.

We had a wonderful stay in Nikiti. The house is perfectly located — right by the sea and close to the town center, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood far from the crowds. The property is spotless and beautifully kept, with a lovely garden that's perfect for relaxing. Inside, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The hosts were thoughtful and the place felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommended!
