35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Extra charges may apply for cleaning or damages.
• Damage Deposit:
No deposit required at check-in.

A peaceful location surrounded by nature, situated no more than a 10-minute walk from the beach. The garden offers a relaxing area with a table and comfortable sofas. Communication with Mrs. Mihaela was impeccable, and she provided us with several valuable recommendations.
